MagiQuest is the initial entertainment venture of New Kingdoms, LLC, comprised of Burroughs & Chapin Company and Creative Kingdoms, LLC. Like a real-life video game, MagiQuest players choose their own adventures and quests, accumulate powers and use their "magic" wands to proceed to higher levels as their achievements and powers increase. MagiQuest doesn't happen on a TV screen; it engages children and families in a three dimensional "magical" world with live challenges and real physical activity-which add up to great family or group fun! The patented technology in each wand enables users to make things appear and disappear, and to accomplish special effects. MagiQuest technology also remembers each guest's achievements, enabling returning players to retain the powers and levels earned from their previous MagiQuest experiences!

The Ripken Experience
A joint venture between Ripken Baseball and Burroughs & Chapin Company, The Ripken Experience on 10th Avenue North Extension in Myrtle Beach offers six youth fields and three regulation diamonds. The facility also includes a state of the art Training Island designed by Cal and Bill Ripken where beginner and advanced players continue to master game skills and elevate their play to the next level. The Ripken Experience opens in the summer of 2006.

NASCAR Speedparks
Burroughs & Chapin Company is licensed by NASCAR to construct and operate NASCAR SpeedParks worldwide. NASCAR SpeedParks are family oriented, interactive entertainment facilities providing NASCAR fans of all ages with the opportunity to drive and compete on a variety of NASCAR-style tracks. The SpeedParks also offer state of the art arcades, Thrill Zones, official NASCAR merchandise, birthday party and group outing opportunities, kid-sized rides and more! NASCAR Drivers Kevin Harvick, Kasey Kahne, Bobby Labonte and Elliot Sadler represent NASCAR SpeedParks and are scheduled for appearances at the SpeedParks throughout each year. NASCAR SpeedParks are currently located in Myrtle Beach, SC; Sevierville (Pigeon Forge area), TN; Concord Mills Mall, NC; St. Louis Mills Mall, MO; and Vaughan Mills Mall, Toronto, Canada.

Myrtle Waves Water Park
Burroughs & Chapin Company purchased the world-class, 20-acre Myrtle Waves Water Park in 1997 and has added to its thrills and excitement ever since. Myrtle Waves Water Park is nationally known for its vast collection of waterslides, including the world's tallest.

Broadway at the Beach
Since its debut in 1995, the award-winning Broadway at the Beach has dominated the national and international spotlight for its innovative design, high energy and all-star line up of world class shopping, dining and entertainment. An instant success, Broadway at the Beach continues to add new offerings that add to the excitement and fun experienced by the more than 12 million people who visit annually. Broadway offers more than 16 name brand restaurants; 100-plus specialty, fashion and gift shops; and more, all surrounding a 23-acre lake.
